Register to Vote
To vote in the November 3, 2026 referendum election, you must be registered by October 5, 2026.

A valid Indiana driver's license or state-issued identification card.
U.S. Citizen
You must be a citizen of the United States.
18 Years or Older
You must be at least 18 years old by Election Day.
30-Day Residency
You must have resided in your precinct for at least 30 days.
Not Currently Imprisoned
You must not be imprisoned after being convicted of a crime.
Early Voting

Election Day
Election Day Voting: When and Where
On Election Day, vote at your assigned polling location. Polling places and directions will be confirmed as the date approaches — polls are open statewide during the hours below.
